We at TrinketFactory strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and the fastest time possible.
We have a quality check team which will ensure that the products that are to be delivered will be in perfect condition before they are packed and ready for dispatch.
If the product that you have ordered is in stock, then it will take 3-7 working days for product delivery.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
The price that you see on our website is the final price that you have to pay. This price includes the taxes.
In case of damaged parcel, please DONOT accept it and inform it to Support@Trinketfactory.com.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the goods delivered is undamaged & perfect with regards to the order placed by you or if we found that return requested is on false ground.
Cancellation can be done before payment is made. If you cancel the order after payment is made we will deduct payment processing charges of 3% and if the goods are already shipped, then both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with payment processing charges and the refund will be done within 7 days of the return goods received by us.
We have 2-day return & refund policy, so we should be notified within the said timeline from the date of goods delivered at your place.
Up on receiving the return goods, the refund shall be initiated within 48 hours by deducting the shipping charges + processing charges of 3% and the payment would be credited within 7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
How to track an order status?
Our products are delivered through Delhivery. We will send a confirmation message to our customer within 24hours of product being dispatched. The confirmation message contains the courier tracking number & tracking link and also the tracking of the shipment can we done through my orders.
Cash on Delivery available?
For now, we don’t have cash on delivery.
Do Trinket factory sell products outside INDIA?
We are selling our products only in INDIA.
Is the package Insured?
No the package is not insured for Shipments, for any further queries email us on support@Trinketfactory.com
What if I receive my package with less number of products than mentioned in my invoice?
On receiving the package first thing you do is to take total count of the products as mentioned in the invoice which is there in my account section. If you find any product which you have not received, then please mention the order number and email us on support@Trinketfactory.com within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
For missing products there are 2 possibilities:
- Products are at our office and it was missed in packaging from our end. (This is very rare once the product is in your invoice), our team will investigate this thoroughly and get back to you. If we find any products which are in our office, we will refund the remaining products amount or adjust the same in your next order.
- Products went missing after the package is dispatched from our office during transit, in this case we will try our best to discover missing products by coordinating with the courier company. TrinketFactory will not be liable to bear any financial loss caused due to products missing during transit, since this is beyond our control.
